The Serviced Apartment Bookers Association (SABA) has updated its Codes of Best Practice for the serviced apartment sector in the UK, making efforts to continuously incorporate feedback from agents and properties to develop the Codes.
SABA aims to produce Codes which supports a good business environment for both agents and properties and inclusion of the SABA Seal on relevent websites is free of charge in order to broaden the inclusiveness of the Codes.

The next SABA networking event is on 22 February 2011, providing another chance to meet, socialise and to explore business links with your serviced apartment industry colleagues. It’s an informal gathering and friendly atmosphere, so if you are a serviced apartment provider or booking agent and in the UK on Tuesday, please do come along !

The Serviced Apartment Bookers Associations (SABA) aims to encourage a strong and professional sector, based on frequent communication and trust.

In October and November we had two very successful events, with over 100 agents and properties attending over both the evenings. After a break in December/January, now that we’re all well into the New Year, it’s time to carry on where we left off and so we are looking to kick off the new year with another of our popular networking events.

There is no charge to join SABA nor to attend the events. We only ask for your constructive input as an Agent or Property Provider and, together, we will make a difference.

At the next event:
- Update on the developing Codes of Conduct.
- Short Presentation – please contact me if you wish to speak on any relevant subject
- To keep it light, we will also hold a Serviced Apartments Trivia Quiz
- There is no charge for Admission
- Drinks will be charged at the Bar
