The Ascott Limited (Ascott) has signed a management contract to open Citadines Jakarta Rasuna in 2011 as its second Citadines serviced residence in the country. The first, Citadines Jakarta Quartier, also 135 units, is on target to open late 2010.
The contract reinforces Ascott’s position as the largest international serviced residence owner-operator in Indonesia, bringing the total number of apartment units to 1,600+ across 8 properties in Indonesia (Jakarta and Surabaya).
On completion, Citadines Jakarta Rasuna will offer 135 units made up of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and facilities include a gymnasium and a swimming pool. Located within a stylish 30-storey urban development called The H Tower on the city centre’s main arterial road, Citadines Jakarta Rasuna is opposite The Kuningan Stadium and the Gran Kuningan Driving Range and in walking distance of several embassies. The H Tower (also comprises offices, specialist clinics and premier medical care facilities) is an extension of the Rumah Sakit Metropolitan Medical Center and a variety of commercial buildings, including the Bakrie Tower and Setiabudi One Building are nearby. Citadines Jakarta Rasuna is therefore perfectly positioned to cater for business or leisure travellers, expatriates, and the city’s growing medical tourism industry.
