Accommotel Terms & Conditions: Bookings are made according to the Terms & Conditions of each apartment company. Please ensure that you have checked these details before making a booking. Whilst every effort is made to provide the very best service for all our valued clients, we regret that we cannot be held liable for any omissions or errors resulting in loss or damage, direct or consequential, as a result of using this website or the Accommotel service. Accommotel acts to introduce client with property and contractually represents neither party in the booking agreement. As such Accommotel can be held liable by neither client nor property for loss or damage direct or consequential caused in the processing or as a result of this agreement which establishes a contract between client and property only. All necessary checks relevant to this agreement should be made by client and property and securities should be obtained by both parties including the authorisation to charge credit card accounts provided for security and payment. Accommotel cannot be held liable for payment of apartment rental in the event of cancellation no-show or non-payment by the client nor for the withholding of deposit refund by the property for whatever reason. Using and accepting the Accommotel service in the reservations process will confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by client and property. Many thanks for your understanding.
